With the advent of dusk, where daylight is about to go, the grief the wolf felt is being amplified. And much more so when the last ray of light has left ushering darkness and despair to this wounded soul. Weakness and hunger don't matter to him at that time. But soon he will try to stand and continue on living as his mother has done before him along the shrubberies, the trees and the wide open spaces of Amandiwin. Day may give way to night. The light of the sun is never lost as moonlight takes over bathing everything in serene celestial light which in itself comes from the sun. In his weakened state, he felt an all too familiar warmth. He opened his eyes. A vision of a majestic and regal likeness of his mother came into view. Her presence approaching him allowing him to smell her fragrance in the night air.
