Prologue

 The darkness has started creeping in; leaving in its wake death and despair. It is slowly becoming a living entity as it begins to take shape and form. Stories passed down across generations have foretold the coming of the end times. This has often been ignored as a mere fallacy, a figment of man’s imagination. Only few have prepared, but far fewer knows what is going to happen and the possible actions to be taken to escape the cataclysm and survive.

For thousands of years, man has learned how to conquer the world and reign supreme. Along with his rise greed, lust and a penchant for dominance which have often resulted to war and deaths. Evil has taken a foothold in the hearts and minds of men. As evil persisted, darkness began to spin out from the earth’s sentry depths. Over time, it has grown from a mere speck to an empty void.

It can be found in a parallel world hidden within our midst. If the barrier between these two worlds is overcome by its immense energy, the world we know today will cease to exist. This has often been mentioned in ancient texts.
