06 ~ a monocerus spectre....

Trailing through the edge, from silver streams to crystal brooks... we followed the water's flow as if we were in a race. Relentless in our pursuit, we somehow managed to keep up as the water converged to take the shape of a monoceric pegasus rising from the water's surface, galloping as it blew air and leaped along the way only to disappear on the hollowed depths and emerge from the shallows...

What a race it has become as Chase does not seem to want to lose to a a watery spectre. On and off we've gone until we were stopped in the tracks by a rocky cliff on where the water fell down in a large mass with such brute force to change the landscape it flows into. The spectre seemed to mock us with its preponderance. But the proud spirit in Chase refused to budge as we slid down the slope on the face of the cliff, with heavy strides on virgin grass, tiptoeing on exposed tree roots until we were able to catch up with the playful spectre.

As the wind blew on my face, it seems I have come to face to face with freedom as sprays of water dampen my face reminding me of how good life once was, is now and what is to come as we head towards the sun....
