Soulmates...
A muggy and quiescent day, I see only a few people around...
I directed my humble bike to an inclined track then allowed myself to descend with both feet steadied on the pedals. The still air became a discernible wall as I moved against it dampening, brushing my exposed skin.
We may not see some things, but it does not mean they aren't there...
We may not see some things, but it does not mean they aren't there...

And every time, I see people who are with friends, with families or with their pets. Some alone...
I am a mere spectator. I take a glance at their faces, making conjectures... whether they are happy, troubled... lost in thoughts...

Then I pass by... and go back to to my previous thoughts... dismissing everything... focusing on myself...
We encounter various personas in our lives... There are onlookers, friends, acquaintances, loved ones...
It is good to have a set of friends, to belong to a family, to be part of a group. But almost all the time, what we meet are people who don't matter in our lives... indifferent, unknowing, mere spectators.... Seldom do we find people who can understand... people who care... people whom we can empty our hearts out... people who push and inspire...
As one life to another, speak in coherence and keeps up with you... a daylight in the understanding out of darkness and confusion of thoughts... Soulmates...
